  abstract     = {{The advancement of superconducting undulator (SCU) technology is of strategic importance for the future development of the European XFEL facility. To build the know-how to implement superconducting undulators for its future upgrades, several projects are ongoing: a prototype SCU module (S-PRESSO) for an afterburner in the hard X-ray undulator line SASE2 is being procured; two test stands (SUNDAE1 and SUNDAE2) for the characterization of SCU are being developed; advanced SCU coils are designed and manufactured in house. In this presentation, we describe the status and plans of those projects and highlight their expected performances.}},
